CATS & Oaks Joint Venture
CATS & Oaks JV Pty Ltd (COJV) is a majority Aboriginal-owned and operated rail labour and civil construction services company that leverages the distinct capabilities of both CATS Construction and Oaks Civil Construction to deliver superior services in WA’s metropolitan and regional areas.
Our services extend to a broad range of civil works, servicing major clients and tier 1 contractors. It is also supplemented by sister organisations supplying plant, equipment and traffic management.
Beyond construction, we are passionately committed to empowering the Aboriginal community, viewing our partnership as a powerful platform for meaningful contributions to the cause “Reconciliation in Action”.
COJV is currently working on major infrastructure projects in Perth, as well as projects throughout Western Australia, including Bunbury and Geraldton. Our primary regional office in Geraldton serves as a key hub for our operations in the Mid-West, allowing us to efficiently mobilise resources, engage with local suppliers and support regional employment initiatives. This office strengthens our ability to deliver projects with an understanding of local conditions, ensuring responsiveness and a high level of service for clients in the region.
